The hospital was stale and cold and hadn't a soul, even though many lived in it. The blank tiles had French grey streaks that he had tried counting, but after the second one he'd had enough, his hands moving from in a prayer formation in front of his lips to rubbing his red eyes to stretching from being so cramped for so long.
