Captain Jacq sat on a red stool, a peathingy feather pen in her hand and a mischeivious smile playing about her face. She scribbled down words without a single pause until she'd finished the entire letter. She spun around to the construction of her very first arcade. It was almost done, besides the games being wheeled in next to the built in, eight-player Dance Dance Revolution console. She was beaming.

She strode through the chaos of it all, rereading the letter written in royal blue ink, without a glance at where she was going. The parchment she grasped was rather important, or at least to her. It read:

The Dancer Who Has Caught My Eye,

As you might have guessed, I have watched your dancing and have decided that you are worthy of entering into my competition. It is a double-illimination tournament to premote my new arcade, The MosForthedine. There will be more than 20 dancers starting. The prizes, and other details, will be explained at The MosForthedine's opening night. I hope you decide to join!
